I own so many cookbooks I don't usually get around to making too much of the food. However, the handful of things I have tried from this book have been delicious. A collection of unique and simple recipes with insights for new flavors; a must have for any kitchen.

I downloadd this for a friend who doesn't know how to cook very well. He loves it because he can actually make these recipes successfully, but he's proud that his finished product often looks like the pictures in the book.

First let me say, as I will never get the pleasure of telling her in person, how great it is that Nigella has moved on to a new home and is embracing her "Temple Food" even further with these Asian and Moroccan-inspired dishes. While I think she is well, must be Still, she is Nigella, and so I had to download it and use it as I have her nine other books that are as enjoyable to read- she really is a very engaging writer- as they are to cook from.
